Terms & conditions:
All items are consigned for
a period of sixty (60) to ninety (90)
days. (Either party may terminate contract after
60 days.)
A ten percent (10%) price reduction will
occur at each 30 day interval.
You, the consignor, will receive fifty percent (50%)
of the selling price.
Checks will be mailed on the tenth (10)
of each month for the previous month’s sales.
Any unsold items remaining at the end of the contract may
be donated to charity or be picked up within ten (10) days
after the contract has expired. Any unclaimed items at the
end of this period will become the property of Sensibly
Chic, Inc.
All merchandise entrusted to
Sensibly Chic, Inc. is left solely at the consignor's risk
without any liability, expressed or implied, to Sensibly
Chic, Inc.
